2. Products and prices

This page offers the AGNES SILKA Carré 90 silk scarves: 100% silk twill, 90 × 90 cm, hand-finished edge, printed on one side. As the edges are finished by hand, the size may vary by a few millimetres.

The images show the products; colours may differ slightly depending on your screen.

Prices are in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include VAT. The delivery fee is shown separately on the payment page, before you pay.

3. Ordering and the contract

The buyer adds the scarves to the bag, chooses the delivery method, accepts these terms, then enters delivery and billing details on Stripe’s payment page and pays the price. Before paying, the bag and the details entered can be corrected at any time.

The contract is concluded upon successful payment. We confirm the order by e-mail without delay. The contract is concluded electronically, is not a written contract, and is not filed; its language is Hungarian.

4. Payment and invoice

Payment is by card or digital wallet (such as Apple Pay) on Stripe’s secure payment page. The seller neither sees nor stores card details.

We issue an electronic invoice to the billing details provided and send it by e-mail.

5. Delivery and collection

We deliver by GLS free of charge to Hungary and the other member states of the European Union; we do not ship outside the EU. The scarf arrives in a gift box. We ship immediately after successful payment, and the parcel usually arrives within 2 working days; delivery takes no longer than 30 days.

The scarf can be collected at the salon, free of charge, (Andrássy út 9., 1061 Budapest) during opening hours. We let you know by e-mail when it is ready.

Risk passes to the buyer when the buyer, or a person designated by the buyer (other than the carrier), takes possession of the product.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), a buyer acting as a consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. A consumer is a natural person acting outside their trade, business or profession.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to office@agnessilka.com or to Andrássy út 9., 1061 Budapest; you may use the model form below. The deadline is met if you send your statement before the 14 days expire.

Please return the product to the salon address, or bring it in person, within 14 days of withdrawal. The cost of returning it is borne by the buyer.

Within 14 days of withdrawal we refund the price and the original delivery fee (up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery), by the same means of payment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back.

The buyer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. Please return the scarf unworn and in its original condition.

7. Warranty

In the event of defective performance, the buyer may claim under the Hungarian Civil Code: repair or replacement or, if neither is possible, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. For consumers, claims may be made within two years of delivery; a defect discovered within the first year is presumed to have existed at delivery.

A size difference of a few millimetres and the slight irregularities of a hand-finished edge are characteristic of handwork and do not constitute defects.

8. Complaints and redress

Please send any complaint to office@agnessilka.com or to Andrássy út 9., 1061 Budapest; we reply in writing within 30 days.

In a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to the conciliation board competent for their place of residence or stay (in Budapest: Budapesti Békéltető Testület), to the consumer protection authority, or to the courts.

9. Data protection and other

We process the data provided with your order to perform the contract, for invoicing and for delivery, as set out in our privacy policy (atelier.agnessilka.com/en/privacy/). Payment is handled by Stripe and delivery by GLS; we pass on to them only the data needed for their task.

The contract is governed by Hungarian law. The English version of these terms is for information only; the Hungarian version prevails.
