What data we process, and why
| Appointment request | Name, telephone number, e-mail address (optional), the chosen day and time, your areas of interest, your message, and the details of the jeans or belt composed in the designer. The purpose is to arrange and confirm the time of your personal consultation. |

To check an e-mail address, we only examine the domain of the address (for example gmail.com) on our own server to see whether it accepts e-mail. To filter out bots, we use the time taken to complete the form and the sender’s IP address briefly, in the server’s memory only; they are not stored.
Legal basis for processing
Your consent, which you give by ticking the checkbox before submitting the form (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to office@agnessilka.com; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. If the consultation leads to an order, we process the data required for it on the basis of the performance of the contract and our legal obligations.
How long we keep the data
We keep the data provided in the forms until you withdraw your consent. If the consultation leads to an order, we keep the data required for the order for the period prescribed by law (accounting records, for example, for 8 years).
Who has access
The data is processed by the staff of Silka Fashion Kft. (AGNES SILKA); we do not sell it, nor do we pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes. To operate the website, we use the following data processors:
- Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting and cookie-free, anonymous measurement of visits.
- Resend (United States): delivery of the e-mails sent from the forms.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Ireland; data may also be processed in the United States): measurement and targeting of our advertising (Meta pixel and Conversions API), only with your consent.
- TikTok Technology Limited (Ireland; data may also be processed in other countries): measurement and targeting of our advertising (TikTok pixel and Events API), only with your consent.
As these providers may also process data outside the European Union, such transfers take place under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
Cookies
On your first visit, the site asks whether you consent to advertising cookies. If you choose “Necessary only”, we store only what the site needs to work: your chosen language (silka_lang, 1 year), your cookie choice (silka_consent, 1 year), and session flags showing that the opening animation and the suggestion card have already been shown and which advertisement brought you here (deleted when you close the browser).
If you accept, we also use the measurement cookies of Meta (_fbp, _fbc, 90 days) and TikTok (_ttp, ttclid, 13 months). They tell us whether someone requests an appointment after seeing our advertising, and help us show our advertising to people who may be interested. In that case, when you request an appointment or send yourself a design, our server also reports the event to Meta and TikTok; your e-mail address and telephone number are passed on only in irreversibly encoded form (SHA-256). You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the page.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, and its rectification, erasure or the restriction of its processing, and you may exercise your rights to data portability and to object. We receive requests at office@agnessilka.com and respond within one month at the latest.
If you feel that we have infringed your data protection rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information; 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., www.naih.hu) or with the data protection authority of the country in which you live, or you may take the matter to court.
