Privacy policy
For notifications about the Zsolnay in Motion (AGNES SILKA × Zsolnay) collection. Effective from 21 October 2026.

What data we process, and why
Your email address and, if you provide them, your first and last name, phone number and the pieces you mark. In addition, the language of the page, the time you signed up and which advertisement or page you came from (UTM data).
The purpose is to notify you first about the presentation and release of the Zsolnay in Motion collection, to give you access to the online presentation and to enable priority reservation. We use your name to address you and the pieces you mark to personalise our messages. We use your phone number for text messages only if you have provided it. We only write to you about this collection.
To check your email address, we only examine its domain (for example gmail.com) to see whether it accepts mail. To filter out bots, we briefly use the time taken to fill in the form and the sender’s IP address, in server memory only; they are not stored.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by clicking “Pre-register”; providing your phone number and other details is likewise voluntary. You may withdraw your consent at any time: every email we send contains an unsubscribe link, or you can write to office@agnessilka.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
How long we keep the data
Until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe. If you go on to make a purchase, the data needed for it is kept for the period required by the contract and by law.
Who has access
Your data is processed by the staff of SILKA Fashion Kft. (AGNES SILKA); we do not sell it or pass it to third parties for marketing. The Zsolnay Porcelain Manufactory does not receive your personal data. We use the following processors:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) (France, European Union): storing the subscriber list and sending notification emails and text messages.
- Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting and cookie-free, anonymous visitor statistics.
- Resend (United States): delivery of the confirmation email.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Ireland; may also process data in the United States): measuring and targeting our advertising, only with your consent.
- TikTok Technology Limited (Ireland; may also process data in other countries): measuring and targeting our advertising, only with your consent.
Transfers outside the European Union are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
Cookies
On your first visit the site asks whether you accept advertising cookies. If you choose “Necessary only”, we store only what the site needs to work: your chosen language (silka_lang, 1 year), your cookie choice (silka_consent, 1 year) and which advertisement you came from (deleted when you close the browser).
If you accept, we also use the Meta (_fbp, _fbc, 90 days) and TikTok (_ttp, ttclid, 13 months) measurement cookies. When you sign up, our server then also reports the event to Meta and TikTok; your email address and phone number are passed on only in irreversible hashed form (SHA-256). You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and you have the right to data portability and to object. Please send your request to office@agnessilka.com; we reply within one month at the latest.
If you feel your data protection rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., www.naih.hu), with the data protection authority of your country of residence, or go to court.
